1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bipbaji ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing the bipbaji website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference — specifically the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of bipbaji and contact our support team at support@bipbaji to request account closure. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

bipbaji conducts age and identity verification checks as part of the account registration process. Players are required to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number and date of birth. bipbaji reserves the right to request additional documentation — including a copy of a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — at any stage. Accounts that fail verification within the stipulated timeframe will be suspended pending the outcome of the review.

Geographic Eligibility

3. Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on bipbaji. Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any other shared identifying characteristic — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances held within them.

Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. General Bonus Conditions

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bipbaji reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) your account is being operated in breach of these Terms; (b) there is evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity associated with your account; (c) a regulatory or compliance review requires the temporary restriction of account activity; or (d) there is an unresolved identity verification requirement outstanding on your account.

During a suspension, access to your account balance will be restricted pending the outcome of the review. bipbaji will endeavour to complete all reviews within 10 business days and will communicate the outcome to the email address registered on your account.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the voluntary closure of your bipbaji account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing support@bipbaji. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account, subject to identity verification and the absence of any outstanding withdrawal holds. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who request self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons will have their account closed immediately upon request. bipbaji's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or related to these Terms, regardless of the form of the action and whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that player to their bipbaji account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bipbaji's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by bipbaji's negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Platform Availability

While bipbaji targets a platform uptime of 99.9%, we do not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced in advance via the platform notification system. bipbaji shall not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the bipbaji platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game logic, graphics, user interface design, logos, trademarks, trade names, marketing copy, promotional materials, and database content — is the exclusive intellectual property of bipbaji or is used under licence from third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bipbaji platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the platform or its content without the express prior written consent of bipbaji.

Any content you submit to bipbaji — including support chat transcripts, feedback responses, or testimonials — may be used by bipbaji for operational improvement, quality assurance, and marketing purposes, subject to the provisions of our Privacy Policy. You grant bipbaji a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use such content for these purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

Amendments take effect 14 days after the date of notification, except where changes are required urgently for legal, regulatory, or security reasons — in which case they take effect immediately upon publication.
